DJI Flycart 100 Heavy Delivery Drone

DJI Flycart 100 Heavy Delivery Drone Heavy-Lift Aerial Delivery Drone DJI FlyCart 100 DJI's flagship heavy-lift delivery drone. FlyCart 100 carries up to 100 kg over 12 km, withstands extreme weather and altitude, and lands cargo with parachute-grade safety — built for industrial-scale aerial logistics. Watch Video Key Features Up to 100 kg single-battery payload, 85 kg dual-battery payload 12 km max flight distance with full cargo and dual batteries Flagship Winch System or Dual-Battery Lifting System payload modes Multidirectional obstacle sensing — LiDAR, phased array radar, quad-vision, ADS-B IP55 rated, –20° to 40°C operation, 6,000 m max altitude DJI O4 transmission up to 20 km, integrated parachute, dual-battery redundancy Send What's Needed, Where It's Needed Heavy payload capacity and long flight distance overcome the logistical limitations that ground heavy-lift drones at lower price points. FlyCart 100 was built for next-generation industrial delivery — cargo runs, line stringing, solar panel installs, remote site resupply. 100 kg Max Single-Battery Payload Run a single battery for short-range, high-weight deliveries — the FlyCart 100 lifts up to 100 kg, putting it firmly in the heavy-industrial logistics tier. 85 kg Dual-Battery Payload, 12 km Range Switch to dual-battery for long-haul missions: 85 kg of cargo over 12 km of flight distance, with 12 minutes of hover endurance under a 149 kg total takeoff load. 20 m/s Max Speed With Carbon Fiber Props Cruise at 15 m/s, sprint at 20 m/s. Carbon fiber composite propellers and a high-power motor system keep the aircraft moving even under maximum load. Cargo Mode Or Winch Mode Use the Dual-Battery Lifting System for direct cargo delivery, or the Flagship Winch System for precise drop-and-release into hard-to-reach destinations — cable up to 30 meters, electric hook, real-time weighing, and emergency cable-cut escape. Built For All Conditions Withstand round-the-clock operations across extreme altitudes and weather. From mountain rescues to coastal logistics, FlyCart 100 keeps flying when the conditions get serious. 6,000 m Max Flight Altitude Operate up to 6,000 m above sea level with no payload, or 3,000 m at full cargo capacity — well above what most heavy-lift platforms can handle. –20°C to 40°C Operating Range Run cold-weather missions at –20°C and high-heat operations up to 40°C. Optional anti-icing propellers and DJI Battery Incubator extend cold-environment readiness. IP55 Rated For Rain And Dust An IP55 protection rating means dust resistance and water-jet resistance — fly through light rain and dusty job sites without compromising the airframe. 12 m/s Wind Resistance Stable flight in winds up to 12 m/s (26 mph), including takeoff and landing — high enough for routine industrial operations in unsheltered terrain. Integrated Parachute Safety System A built-in self-checking parachute opens at low altitude in case of emergency, with independent power supply, sound and light alerts, and automatic propeller shutdown before deployment. Touchdown speed under 7 m/s. Intelligence That Keeps You Flying A heavy-lift drone is only as useful as its situational awareness. FlyCart 100 layers LiDAR, phased-array radar, quad-vision, and ADS-B with dual-battery redundancy and DJI's flagship O4 transmission for industrial-grade reliability. Multidirectional Obstacle Sensing Front and rear phased array radars combined with a quad-vision system give 360° horizontal awareness — the aircraft sees what's around it on every approach. LiDAR For Real-Time Point Clouds An onboard LiDAR sensor delivers high-density point cloud imaging so pilots can verify the surrounding environment and the aircraft can identify obstacles with greater accuracy than vision alone. Built-In ADS-B Receiver Detects nearby crewed aircraft and warns the pilot — an essential layer of safety for long-distance flights through shared airspace. Dual-Battery Redundancy If one battery fails mid-flight, the other keeps the aircraft airborne and brings it home safely. High redundancy is built into the airframe, not bolted on. DJI O4 Transmission Up To 20 km A four-antenna 2T4R system selects the optimal antenna in real time. Pair with the optional DJI Cellular Dongle and 4G keeps your video link alive when O4 hits interference. DJI RC Plus With Dual-Operator Mode A 7-inch high-bright touchscreen running the DJI Delivery App. Dual Operator mode lets two pilots transfer control mid-flight — ideal for handover between launch and delivery teams.
