DJI Avata 360 with RC 2

The DJI Avata 360 with RC 2 expands the possibilities of aerial filmmaking by combining immersive 360° capture, traditional single-lens recording, and the dynamic flight experience of an FPV-style drone. Designed for filmmakers and content creators looking for greater freedom in both flight and post-production, the Avata 360 allows you to capture an entire environment in a single flight and choose your final perspective afterward. A versatile dual-mode imaging system lets you seamlessly switch between a single-lens 4K60 camera for conventional aerial footage and a 360° 8K60 HDR camera for immersive capture. When recording in 360°, the Avata 360 captures the surrounding scene in every direction, giving you significantly more flexibility to reframe, reposition, and create multiple shots from a single recording. This 360° workflow allows one flight to become the foundation for an entire edited sequence. Creators can select different viewpoints, reframe the primary subject from alternative angles, generate multiple clips, and combine perspectives during post-production without repeatedly flying the same route. This provides greater creative freedom while making complex aerial productions more efficient. The Avata 360 also introduces subject tracking, expanding its usefulness beyond traditional FPV flying by helping operators follow moving subjects for cinematic action, travel, and lifestyle footage. Omnidirectional obstacle sensing provides greater environmental awareness, enhancing flight safety when navigating complex locations and capturing dynamic camera movements. Paired with the DJI RC 2, the DJI Avata 360 combines immersive 8K 360° imaging, conventional 4K capture, intelligent tracking, and advanced obstacle sensing in a versatile aerial platform built for creators who want to capture first and choose their perspective later.
