DIY Lavender Simple Syrup

Making your own lavender syrup is easy with our DIY bag of culinary grade lavender sugar.  It's all measured perfectly so you don't have to guess.  Just add entire 8 oz bag of lavender sugar and one cup of water into a small sauce pan.  Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for 1 minute.  Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.  Once steeped and cooled pour syrup into a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth.  Store your syrup in the refrigerator for up to a month in a sealed glass jar. Makes a fun gift for any lavender enthusiast! Packaged in a sealed plastic stand up bag
