AirCone Plans

Build the Same AirCone We Use This is not a watered-down version. These are the exact AirCone plans we use every day in commercial production. We sell a fully assembled AirCone system for about $1,270. These DIY plans cost $75. Same performance. Same results. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars saved. You’ll get a 24-minute, step-by-step video showing exactly how to build, install, and run the AirCone. No guesswork. No skipped steps. If you can cut PVC and glue fittings, you can build this. Time required: • ~1 hour to build • ~1 hour to install and have it running Cost: Total cost for the AirCone is about $200. Any home medical oxygen concentrator will work. I like a more robust unit and the one I recommend is $480. Any cheap one off of Amazon will do the trick though if it can supply 1 1/4 liters per minute at more than 85% purity. This setup outperforms nano bubblers, air stones, diffuser hoses, and all expensive “black box” oxygen systems. Nothing fancy. Just physics done right. This product is digital only. No physical items are shipped. What’s Included When you buy the DIY AirCone Plans, you get: ✅ 24-minute build + install video (watch once and build along) ✅ Exact cut list for PVC and fittings ✅ Complete parts list ✅ Direct product links to every component we use ✅ Instructions for operating your AirCone These are not affiliate links. We’re not getting discounts or kickbacks. They’re simply the same links we personally use when ordering parts. You’re building the same system—just without paying for assembly or shipping. What the AirCone Actually Does ✅ Raises dissolved oxygen dramatically ✅ Eliminates root rot pressure ✅ Keeps NFT lines cleaner ✅ Improves nutrient uptake ✅ Creates healthier, whiter roots ✅ No visible bubbles near plants This is not just aeration, it's oxygen transfer. Higher oxygen levels support aerobic bacteria, suppress anaerobic pathogens, and stabilize water quality. That’s why systems stop smelling bad, roots stop browning, and plants take off. Pythium? Oxygen Fixes the Root Cause Before the AirCone, we fought root rot with: ❌ Hydrogen peroxide ❌ Bleach ❌ Fungicides ❌ Beneficial bacteria cocktails All of that was treating symptoms and costing money. Oxygen treats the cause. Low oxygen creates the environment where Pythium thrives. Raise oxygen and the problem collapses on its own. Think of it like dumping a huge amount of H₂O₂ into the system—except it’s continuous, stable, and doesn’t burn roots. Bonus: beneficial bacteria thrive with higher oxygen, instead of constantly being wiped out. Why This Beats Nano Bubblers Nano bubblers and regenerative blowers are: • Expensive • Complex • Hard to repair • Easy to clog or fail The AirCone is the opposite: ✔ Simple — almost nothing to break ✔ Affordable — parts are commodity items ✔ Serviceable — fix it yourself in minutes ✔ Energy-efficient — uses the pump you already run We’ve watched $25,000 machines get outperformed by this setup. That’s not marketing. That’s dissolved oxygen readings. AirCone Sizing The AirCone is flexible and forgiving. The plans explain sizing, flow rates, and how to adapt the design to your system. If you run NFT, DWC, or a reservoir, this will work. And if you’re unsure, just email or call—we’ll point you in the right direction. Reviews “I just took out my Moleaer nano bubbler. All my ponds are reading 18 mg/L or above. A $25,000 machine can’t do what this setup can.” Davin C. – Ohio “Watching dissolved oxygen go over 9 mg/L is just as important as automating EC and pH. This fixed problems I’d been fighting for years.” Jason U. – Iowa Who This Is For (and Who It’s Not) This is for you if: ✔ You want commercial-level oxygen without commercial-level pricing ✔ You’re comfortable building simple PVC assemblies ✔ You want control instead of a black-box machine This is NOT for you if: ✖ You want a plug-and-play product with zero effort ✖ You don’t want to touch tools at all If that’s you, buy the assembled AirCone instead. Made in Wyoming. Proven in Production. This system wasn’t invented in a lab. It was built because our crops depended on it. If you want the same oxygen levels, the same results, and the same reliability—without paying for assembly and shipping—these plans will get you there. Buy once. Build once. Fix the root problem permanently.
