Distillery Summary - Poster

There is way too much bourbon information out there to keep it all straight. I’ve put together a Distillery Summary chart to help you remember each distillery’s mash bills, char level and barrel entry proof. Each item plays an important role in the finished bourbon.  This poster is an 8.5"x11" and will be front and back. It's easy to read and won't take up a lot of space. FYI: While some distilleries make this kind of information public other keep things like mash bill and barrel entry proof private. This infographic is a "best estimate" in regards to some distilleries. i.e. distillery employees and master distillers get a little more loose-lipped after a couple glasses of bourbon.
