Distillery Summary - Digital

There is way too much bourbon information out there to keep it all straight. I’ve put together a Distillery Summary chart to help you remember each distillery’s mash bills, char level and barrel entry proof. Each item plays an important role in the finished bourbon.  Not a fan of digital or would your prefere a Distillery Summary poster? Check it out here. FYI: While some distilleries make this kind of information public other keep things like mash bill and barrel entry proof private. This infographic is a "best estimate" in regards to some distilleries. i.e. distillery employees and master distillers get a little more loose-lipped after a couple glasses of bourbon.
