Butcher BBQ Disposable Cutting Boards 18" x 24" (30 Count)

Disposable BBQ Cutting Boards for Cleaner, Faster Meat Prep Keep your cooking area clean without carrying or washing a bulky cutting board. Butcher BBQ Disposable Cutting Boards provide a large, water-resistant surface for trimming brisket, preparing ribs, carving pork, cutting chicken and slicing finished barbecue. Each 18" x 24" disposable cutting board features foldable edges that help contain meat juices and spills. Fold the sides upward after slicing and the board becomes a convenient tray for carrying food to the serving table. When you are finished, simply dispose of it and start with a fresh board. With 30 boards in every box, these portable cutting boards are an excellent choice for BBQ competitions, catering jobs, tailgates, campsites and backyard cookouts. Keep Meat Juices Off Your Table Slicing a rested brisket can quickly leave a puddle of juice on an ordinary flat cutting surface. The foldable edges on these Butcher BBQ cutting boards create a raised border that helps keep liquids on the board instead of allowing them to run onto your table, countertop or tailgate. The water-resistant surface is designed to stand up to trimming, carving and slicing without immediately soaking through. For the best cutting stability, place the board on a firm, flat surface before use. Use a Fresh Cutting Surface for Every Protein During a busy cook, washing and sanitizing the same cutting board between brisket, pork, ribs and chicken takes valuable time. Disposable BBQ cutting boards make it easy to assign a separate surface to each protein. Use one board for raw brisket, another for poultry and a fresh board when slicing cooked meat. This helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination when combined with proper food-handling and sanitation practices. Made for BBQ Competitions and Mobile Cooks Permanent cutting boards are heavy, bulky and inconvenient to transport. These disposable boards travel flat inside a cook bag, competition trailer or catering kit, giving you a ready-to-use cutting surface wherever the cook takes you. Use them for: Trimming whole briskets Preparing pork shoulders and ribs Breaking down poultry Slicing competition turn-in meats Carving meat at catering events Serving barbecue at tailgates and campsites Protecting tables and counters during food preparation Fold It Into a Convenient Serving Tray These boards do more than provide a disposable cutting surface. After slicing brisket, ribs, pork or chicken, fold the edges upward to create a shallow carrying tray. Transport the sliced meat to the serving table on the same surface used for cutting, then dispose of the board when the meal is finished. The foldable edges create a raised border that helps keep meat juices and spills from running onto the surface underneath. They also allow the board to function as a shallow tray for carrying sliced meat. Can I use these boards for BBQ competitions? Yes. These portable disposable cutting boards are especially useful for BBQ competitions because they allow teams to quickly switch to a fresh prep surface between brisket, pork, ribs and chicken. They also reduce the amount of washing required during a busy competition schedule. Can these cutting boards be used with electric knives? Yes. Butcher BBQ Disposable Cutting Boards are suitable for use with electric knives and chef’s knives. Because they are disposable rather than rigid, place each board on a firm cutting surface and avoid excessive downward pressure. Can I use the boards for both raw and cooked meat?
