Discmania Grateful Dead C-Line FD (Dancing Bears)

The Discmania FD in C-Line plastic carries the Grateful Dead Dancing Bears stamp, and this stable fairway driver is one of the smoothest, most accurate discs Discmania makes. Flight Numbers: 7 / 6 / 0 / 1 C-Line is Discmania's grippy, everyday premium blend. It has enough traction to hold up in wet grass and cold mornings without going stiff, and it beats in slowly, so the straight flight you get on day one is close to what you will still get a year from now. It comes off the hand flat and stays flat for most of the flight, then closes with a short, gentle fade, with glide that rivals discs a couple speeds faster. That combination makes it one of the more forgiving fairway drivers for threading a low ceiling tree line, since it does not need much loft to cover real distance. New players get an accurate, predictable driver, and better players use it as a go to for technical, tree lined holes where a faster disc would clip a branch. Want the same mold without the stamp? The C-Line FD flies identical. Looking for a stiffer premium blend? Try the S-Line FD. See the rest of our stable fairway drivers. Speed 7, glide 6, turn 0, fade 1.
