Diplomat Ink Red is a bright warm red with a slight pink tone. It is a dye-based fountain pen ink made with water-soluble dyes, and it is not waterproof and not document-proof. Diplomat makes it in Saxony in collaboration with Octopus Fluids of Dresden. This ink is for fountain pens filled from a bottle, including piston fillers and pens with a converter.
