Pine Tree is a muted earthy brown with olive-green undertones. The ink is dye-based, made with water-soluble dyes in Saxony in collaboration with Octopus Fluids of Dresden. It is not waterproof and not document-proof. This is a bottled fountain pen ink for pens filled from a bottle, including piston fillers and pens with a converter. It comes in a glass bottle with a black screw cap and a compact, rounded shape, sold in a small branded cardboard box.
