Diode Dynamics TRD Pro Grille Lightbar Kit for 4Runner (2025+)

The TRD Pro Grille LED Light Bar Kit for the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner delivers powerful forward-facing illumination while maintaining a clean, OEM-style appearance. Designed specifically for the factory TRD Pro grille, this kit mounts a 20-inch Stage Series SS20 LED Light Bar discreetly behind the grille using CAD-designed, application-specific brackets. Installation is completely bolt-on using factory mounting points—no cutting or drilling required. With modern TIR optics, multiple beam pattern options, and industry-leading output, this kit provides serious performance for night driving, off-road use, and poor weather conditions. Features Optics: Patented TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics for maximum efficiency and usable light output Beam Patterns: Upgraded beam patterns engineered for real-world driving conditions Backlight: Integrated true amber backlight for distinctive accent lighting Output Levels: Available in Sport and Pro power levels Construction: Durable aluminum housing with ASTM-standard powdercoat finish Weatherproofing: IP69K waterproof rating for extreme environments Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty Manufacturing: Made in the USA using globally sourced materials PERFORMANCE & DESIGN Each Stage Series LED Light Bar is engineered from the ground up using advanced optical, thermal, and circuit board technologies to deliver more output than traditional reflector-based light bars. Unlike conventional designs, TIR optics capture and focus nearly all available light, directing it exactly where it’s needed without glare or wasted output. High-power models utilize copper circuit boards, optimized heatsinks, and thermal transfer materials to efficiently dissipate heat, allowing the LEDs to run at maximum power for sustained, high-intensity performance. Functional Beam Patterns Combo / Driving: A balanced 60° x 30° beam that blends distance and width into a smooth, even pattern. Designed using dozens of precision pillow optics, this pattern delivers excellent downrange visibility while maintaining strong foreground illumination—ideal for all-around use. SAE Driving: A focused 20° x 12° beam engineered to supplement factory high beams. This pattern provides extended reach without creating a harsh hotspot, making it perfect for highway and trail driving. Amber Backlight All Stage Series LED Light Bars include a fully illuminated amber backlight that fills the TIR optic. This provides a distinctive appearance and added visibility when parked, staged, or stopped on the trail. White or Yellow Output 6000K White: Matches most factory LED lighting for a clean OEM look 3000K Yellow: Enhances contrast in fog, rain, snow, and dusty conditions Power Level Sport: Excellent balance of performance and value Pro: Increased output and intensity for maximum performance demands Included One (1) TRD Pro Grille Light Bar Bracket Kit One (1) SS20 Stage Series LED Light Bar One (1) Wiring Harness One (1) Front Camera Relocation Kit Five (5) Zip Ties Mounting Hardware Quantity: One (1) Warranty: Lifetime Warranty Return Policy: 30-day return, no restocking fee Guarantee: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Fitment Make: Toyota Model: 4Runner Years: 2025–2026 NOTE: If installing on a TRD Pro model, the factory switch cannot be used.
