Diode Dynamics SS40 Yellow LED Light Bar (one)

The Diode Dynamics SS40 Yellow LED Light Bar is purpose-built for drivers who demand maximum visibility in harsh conditions. Featuring advanced TIR optics, real 3000K yellow output, and a fully illuminated amber backlight, the SS40 delivers controlled, usable light that cuts through fog, rain, snow, and dust. Designed and engineered in the USA, this light bar combines extreme performance, durability, and a clean, modern look for serious off-road and overland builds. Important notes Output color: True 3000K yellow for reduced glare and improved contrast in inclement weather Backlight: Integrated amber backlight (always amber on yellow models) Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty Use case: Ideal for forward-facing visibility in poor weather and trail conditions Features Optics: Patented TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics maximize efficiency by directing light precisely where it’s needed, reducing glare and wasted output. Performance: Beam patterns are engineered and fine-tuned for real-world driving, offering controlled distance, width, and usable illumination. Weather visibility: 3000K yellow output cuts through fog, rain, snow, and dust while reducing eye strain and backscatter. Backlight: Fully illuminated amber backlight fills the TIR optic, providing a unique accent look and added visibility when stopped on the trail. Beam options: Available in Combo/Driving, SAE Driving, Flood, and Spot patterns to match any lighting application. Power levels: Offered in Sport and Pro configurations, both using high-intensity, automotive-grade LED emitters. Construction: Durable aluminum housing with ASTM-standard powdercoat finish for long-term corrosion resistance. Waterproofing: IP69K-rated for extreme environments, including high-pressure water and dust exposure. Origin: Designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA using globally sourced materials.
