Ding All Epoxy Stick

Permanent repairs can be made to damp or wet places with the Ding All Epoxy Stick, a hand-kneadable, unique epoxy putty that combines in just one minute. This surfboard repair kit is great for traveling and making quick and easy dent repairs to keep your board watertight. When you want to get back in the water but can't wait for a professional to repair your board, the Ding Epoxy Kit is what you need. The epoxy dries white, and the drying period is only thirty minutes. The Ding All Epoxy Stick can be applied with little effort, making it ideal for speedy repairs on surfboards and stand-up paddle boards. Using the putty has several benefits, one of which is that it is thick and immediately stops leaks. Less viscous resins frequently cause pinholes to form, which can result in air or water leaking out of the ding while it is curing and can prevent the formation of a watertight seal. If the epoxy repair is done correctly, it will seal the board; however, it is only temporary because it is more likely to become damaged or cracked than a repair done with fiberglass. To make the epoxy repair more permanent, sand it down and glass over it with fiberglass and resin, epoxy or polyester resin, depending on the board's construction. This will restore the board to its original state. The package includes the following: A Blue Planet Ding stick. A tiny piece of sandpaper. A selection of heavy quality wet application rail tape measuring 6 inches by 2 inches.
