Perfect balance of texture and flavors with hints of sweet, sour and spicy. Impress your friends and family at your next gathering! Gluten free, Oil free, and Vegan 9 oz jar Dilly Beans- What is a dilly bean you may ask?  It’s pretty much everything you want in your life and more! This is the perfect salty, sour and crunchy everyday snack.  Gluten free, Oil free, and Vegan 12 oz jar Fermented Giardiniera Relish- Chicago’s favorite condiment. Giardiniera is a staple in nearly every Chicagoan’s pantry. Traditional Chicago style is typically made in a chunky style with a mix of pickled vegetables and oil. We like to consider ourselves a little unconventional here at DDP so we do things a bit different. Our version is made through a process called lacto-fermentation. We allow our vegetables to ferment in a salt water brine solution for up to two weeks which naturally creates the magic of lactic acid. This old world style of pickling gives the finished product a much more balanced and nuanced flavor. Gluten free, Oil free, and Vegan 9 oz jar Pickled Red Onion- Old school favorite with new school flavor! DDP’s vibrant pickled red onions will take any meal to the next level. Not an onion fan, not a problem! This recipe was designed to convert all the onion haters out there. We slow cook our onions in vinegar and spices which helps neutralize the bite you typically find in traditional pickled onions. Give it a shot, trust us, you won’t be disappointed! Gluten free, Oil free, and Vegan 9 oz jar Pineapple Hot Sauce- We take the “less is more” approach with this three ingredient condiment. Packed with flavor, this sauce is pineapple forward with some slow and steady heat from our lacto fermented green chiles.  Gluten free, Oil free, and Vegan 5 oz bottle Spicy Beer Mustard-  Tailgates and BBQ’s will never be the same!  This condiment is everything you want from a mustard! The perfect balance of spice and acidity to the ever so subtle hint of sweetness. What more could you want!? Oil free   9 oz jar
