Digga SD50 2 Speed "Supa" Anchor Auger Drive

Digga SD50 2-Speed High Powered "Supa" Anchoring Auger Drive The Digga SD50 2-Speed High Powered "Supa" Anchoring Auger Drive is designed for demanding screw anchoring and foundation drilling tasks, offering high torque and exceptional performance in tough ground conditions. Engineered with advanced features like the Energy Control Valve (ECV) and Pressure Relief Valve (PRV), this auger drive ensures smooth, safe, and reliable operation, even in high-pressure environments. Ideal for professionals in construction, utility installation, and heavy-duty anchoring projects, the SD50 delivers the power and flexibility needed for a wide range of applications. The 2-speed gearbox offers maximum torque for drilling through hard ground such as rock and clay, while also providing speed for less resistant soil. This versatility allows for efficient anchoring and drilling in various conditions without compromising on performance. The ECV enhances safety by preventing rapid decompression, which protects the operator and the machinery from sudden pressure surges, while the PRV helps manage pressure buildup, extending the lifespan of the drive. Key Features: Energy Control Valve (ECV): Prevents sudden decompression, ensuring safe operation and protecting the equipment from high-pressure damage. Pressure Relief Valve (PRV): Helps regulate hydraulic pressure, reducing the risk of damage to the drive and enhancing longevity. 2-speed gearbox: Offers powerful torque for drilling in hard ground and increased speed for lighter soils, allowing operators to adapt to different ground conditions quickly. High-torque planetary gearbox: Designed for heavy-duty performance, providing long-lasting reliability in challenging environments. Bit Sizes and Specifications: Compatible with auger bits and screw anchor attachments ranging from 6 inches to 48 inches, providing flexibility for various anchoring and foundation drilling projects. Built for screw anchoring and foundation installation, offering precision and efficiency in mixed ground conditions. Machine and Drive Requirements: Ideal for excavators, skid steers, and backhoes equipped with high-torque Digga auger drives. Requires machines with a hydraulic flow rate of 20-75 GPM, ensuring optimal torque output for heavy-duty anchoring applications. Capable of handling machines with torque levels up to 35,000 ft-lbs, delivering the necessary power for large-scale projects. The Digga SD50 2-Speed High Powered "Supa" Anchoring Auger Drive is the ultimate solution for professionals who need reliable, high-torque equipment for anchoring and foundation work. Its safety features, including the ECV and PRV, ensure smooth and protected operation, while the 2-speed gearbox allows for adaptability across different ground conditions.
