Recommended Use Strategies: #1, #2 & #3 Use Strategies "Half of it is the awesome formulas...the other half is how you use them!" #1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand. #2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response. #3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Tonic use is about promoting optimal health through deep, nutritive support over time. Take one serving 2-4 times a day for as long as needed or as practitioner recommended. Tonics are safe to take long term but appropriate length is unique to each individual and their health goals. Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience. Keep out of reach of children. If the child has a medical condition or takes medications, please consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Shake before use.
