Polaris General XP 1000 Complete Differential

Polaris General XP 1000 Heavy-Duty Front Differential The Only Aftermarket Polaris Differential SuperATV is proud to offer the only complete aftermarket Polaris General XP 1000 differential available. This isn’t just a replacement—it’s a major upgrade. Our heavy-duty front differential delivers the same smooth performance as your OEM diff but with built-for-battle strength that can handle anything the trail throws your way. The only complete aftermarket differential available Upgraded case for increased durability Reinforced internals for long-lasting performance Simple, bolt-on installation Engineered for Unmatched Strength Every component of our Polaris General XP 1000 front differential is reinforced to ensure maximum durability. Steel Helical Threads Prevent Wallowing We’ve strengthened the mounting threads with steel helical inserts, making it virtually impossible for bolts to loosen or pull out over time. Reinforced Mounting Points Unlike the stock design, our differential features a solid mounting block instead of feet-like mounting locations. The additional material ensures the diff remains securely in place even under extreme conditions. Thicker Pinion Gear Tube We increased the pinion gear tube thickness to handle the high torque loads and impacts of aggressive off-road riding. Plus, we designed it with a bolt-on cap instead of a snap ring, making servicing easier and more reliable. Hob-Cut Gears for Smooth & Quiet Operation Our hardened hob-cut gears are precision-machined to ensure perfect meshing, reducing noise and vibration for a smoother ride. They also enhance the overall longevity and performance of your differential. Stronger Components for Heavy-Duty Use We use 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for the sprague carrier, delivering superior strength and durability. This prevents failures from repeated differential lock engagements, ensuring you stay in the action longer. Upgrade to a Billet Differential For the ultimate in strength and durability, upgrade to our billet aluminum differential. Billet is denser, stronger, and more impact-resistant than cast aluminum, making it perfect for extreme riders who push their machines to the limit. Easy Installation—Preassembled & Ready to Go No need to waste time assembling individual parts. Our complete differential arrives fully assembled—just bolt it on, add oil, and hit the trails. It’s a hassle-free upgrade that delivers superior performance from day one.
