Die Rugged Man Die! (2xLP)

When R.A. The Rugged Man finally released his debut album, it felt like the arrival of a veteran—because he was one. Long before his first full-length project, R.A. had already built a notorious reputation through early ’90s collaborations with heavyweights like Mobb Deep and The Notorious B.I.G., along with unforgettable appearances on the influential Soundbombing compilations. Released in 2004, Die, Rugged Man, Die marked his long-overdue album debut and stands as a fierce, unapologetic statement. The record signaled the start of R.A.’s transformation from industry pariah to fully independent hip-hop mainstay. Anchored by the standout single “Chains,” the album showcased his ability to sustain intensity, wit, and raw skill across an entire project. Now back in print on vinyl for the first time in years, Die, Rugged Man, Die returns with refreshed artwork and renewed relevance. Against all odds and expectations, R.A. The Rugged Man endures—and this album remains a defining chapter in his legacy. Tracklist: 1. Lessons 2. Casanova (Fly Guy) 3. A Star Is Born 4. Chains (feat. Killah Priest and Masta Killa) 5.
