Cigar Star Burst Ring

The signet ring has a longer history than almost any piece of jewellery in continuous use. Originally functional — pressed into wax to seal correspondence, worn as proof of identity and authority — it has evolved into something more nuanced: a piece that carries the weight of that history while wearing it lightly. The Private Collection Cigar Star Burst Ring in 14 Karat Yellow Gold inherits this tradition and updates it for the present without diminishing what made it significant in the first place. Crafted in U.S., where Private Collection has long understood the grammar of traditional jewellery forms, it is an object of genuine quiet authority. Borrow the ring with a history. Wear it with the understanding that some pieces are borrowed, some are bought, and the best ones are remembered regardless of which.
