Diamax-Core Drill Bit Adapter

Diamax Core Drill Bit Adapter (SKU: CBADPTR) The Diamax Core Drill Bit Adapter (SKU: CBADPTR) is a precision-engineered accessory designed to expand the compatibility and versatility of your diamond core drilling setup. This adapter allows professionals to use standard 5/8″-11 threaded Diamax core drill bits with tools equipped with a 1/2″ drill chuck, eliminating the need for specialized spindles or dedicated core drilling machines. Built for flexibility and performance, the CBADPTR converts a conventional 1/2″ chuck connection into a 5/8″-11 threaded mounting point—one of the most common thread standards used in diamond core drill bits. This makes it an essential accessory for fabricators, installers, and contractors who want to maximize tool compatibility across multiple job-site applications. Constructed from durable, heavy-duty materials, the adapter is designed to withstand the torque and high rotational speeds associated with professional drilling tasks. It is suitable for both wet and dry drilling applications, making it ideal for working on granite, marble, quartz, engineered stone, porcelain, and concrete. When used in wet conditions, it supports improved cooling and extended bit life; in dry applications, it provides the convenience and portability required for on-site installations. Compatible with impact drills (non-hammer mode), standard rotary drills, pneumatic drills, and select angle grinders with a chuck attachment, the CBADPTR provides reliable, secure threading to ensure stable bit performance and reduced vibration during operation. Its balanced design helps maintain drilling accuracy while minimizing runout and slippage. Whether you’re drilling faucet holes, anchor points, or plumbing openings in countertops and slabs, the Diamax Core Drill Bit Adapter delivers the adaptability and reliability professionals need to complete drilling tasks efficiently and accurately.
