Diamax 16″ Cyclone Marble Silent Core Diamond Blade

Diamax Cyclone Marble Silent Core Diamond Blade The Diamax Cyclone Marble Silent Core Diamond Blade is a 16-inch bridge saw diamond blade engineered specifically for wet cutting of marble and similar soft natural stones. With a specialized marble bond and silent core design, it delivers clean, chip-free cuts with reduced noise and vibration, making it ideal for fabrication shops and precision stone cutting tasks. The Diamax Cyclone Marble Silent Core Diamond Blade is a premium 16-inch bridge saw blade specifically engineered for precision wet cutting of marble and other soft natural stones. Designed with a specialized marble-optimized bond, this blade incorporates a higher concentration of fine diamond particles that allow it to cut through delicate materials smoothly while minimizing chipping and surface damage. The blade is ideal for stone fabrication professionals who require exceptional edge quality when working with marble, travertine, limestone, and similar decorative stones. A key feature of this blade is its advanced silent core construction, which significantly reduces operational noise and vibration during cutting. This design improves overall cutting stability and helps maintain blade tension, resulting in straighter, more controlled cuts. Reduced vibration also improves operator comfort and supports higher-quality fabrication results, particularly when producing finished edges or performing detailed miter cuts. The Cyclone Marble Silent Core blade is engineered for wet cutting applications, where consistent water flow cools the diamond segments, controls dust, and helps maintain cutting efficiency. Wet operation not only extends blade life but also ensures cleaner cuts by flushing debris away from the cutting path. Its professional-grade segment design enables smooth, straight, and miter cuts while maintaining durability and performance across extended fabrication cycles. Key Features Marble-Specific Diamond Bond: The blade’s segments are engineered with a higher concentration of finer diamond grit that excels on marble and similar soft stones, helping to produce clean, smooth cuts with minimal chipping. Silent Core Design: Reduced noise and vibration during cutting improves operator comfort and enhances cut quality. Straight and Miter Cuts: Designed to perform both straight and miter cuts with ease in fabrication environments. Wet Cutting Only: For optimal performance and blade life, this blade is intended to be used with water cooling. Specifications Brand: Diamax Inc.
