Diablo Controls DSP-40S Loop Detector

The Diablo Controls DSP-40S is a single channel plug-in loop detector with solid-state detect and fail outputs and a 10-position Molex connector (type 09-48-1104) that mates with many 0.156 in pitch female headers on gate operators and access control boards. Diablo lists 10 to 30 V AC or DC on the power pins. It is 2.4 x 0.8 x 2.25 in. Both outputs are open collector, 30 mA max sink, with transient protection. A single push button resets the detector and sets four sensitivity levels; the LEDs flash the current level after a reset. Detect memory holds a vehicle through power drops of about 1.5 seconds.
