DIABETES DASH CHALLENGE

This virtual challenge is composed of a 20-mile test that can be completed in 5 or 10 days. Whether you're running, walking, jogging, biking, or using a treadmill, move at your own pace. Diabetes is a serious health issue, so we've strived to make this challenge a significant one. Every one of us knows someone who has some form of diabetes, so this challenge is to increase awareness and to show support for those who are affected by it. Ready to tackle the 4 miles per day for 5 days challenge, or the 2 miles per day for 10 days challenge? You can do it!
