Bronze-Cut Gemelli Pasta, 16 oz

A burst of flavor in every twist! The Flavor Experience Add a generous pinch of sea salt to the cooking water to enhance the pastas flavor. We suggest NOT adding oil to the boiling water as it could prevent sauces from clinging to the pasta. The Story This unique cut originated in Puglia, Italy, and translates to the word "twins" which the two strands of intertwined pasta resemble. The curvature of this cut combined with a bronze-extruded texture gives your delicious pasta sauce that many more places with which to hold on! Usage Tips This corkscrew pasta is sturdy enough for most sauces. If you're shredding cheese for your pasta, shave strands of Parm Regg about as long as the pasta itself. This creates a visually captivating contrast. Quick Facts Country of Origin: USA Unit Size: 16 oz (454 g)
