DHEA

DHEA is an adrenal hormone that helps to offset the negative effects of cortisol. It has been named the “Anti-aging” hormone. Each capsule provides 25mg of DHEA from wild yam. The Key to Your Daily Wellness: Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a steroid hormone that helps maintain healthy hormone levels and supports the stress ratio of cortisol.  Maintaining healthy DHEA levels is paramount in balancing the catabolic effects of cortisol.  Most individuals today are running heavily on cortisol, and this creates a negative DHEA to cortisol ratio.  This can a ripple effect and lead to mood dysregulation, increase in blood pressure, sleep problems, sugar cravings and increases in systemic inflammation.
