For early model 6.0's with the ICP sensor on the back HPOP cover. Makes replacing the ICP sensor a snap. Kit includes all lines and fittings to relocate the ICP sensor and new ICP plug with pigtail. Heat shield NOT included* Vehicle Applications: 2003-2004 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel Basic Installation Instructions: Remove factory sensor Inspect factory sensor plug harness for any damage and replace with included pigtail (6) if needed Install relocation kit as shown in the images. Install ICP sensor adapter (1) on HPOP Use 45 degree adapter (2) if needed Run relocation kit (3) forward on the valve cover Use Teflon tape to attach adapter (3) to hose assembly (4) Install sensor using provided washer with O-Ring (5) to adapter above Zip tie to harness on top of valve cover Check for leaks
