DFH 440c Linear Rails

DFH linear rails are made of high-quality 440c stainless steel, making them ideal for use in demanding applications such as 3D printing and CNC machining, and are available in three different preload options: Z0, Z1, and Z2. Preload Z0 is suitable for use on the Z axis, and may also be used on the Y axis depending on the specific requirements of your application. Preload 1 is recommended for use on the X axis, or for the entire gantry. Preload Z2 is suitable for applications that require high levels of stiffness and support. For the moment, the Z2 option is limited to MGN15. These linear rails are designed to provide smooth, precise movement and consistent accuracy, making them an excellent choice for a wide range of industrial and manufacturing applications. Whether you need to support heavy loads or require precise positioning, these linear rails are up to the task. So, these linear rails are the perfect choice for anyone looking for reliable, high-performance components for their 3D printing or CNC machining setup. All rails from round two on ship dry. And from round three on ship packed with Mobil EP2. Earlier rounds still ship greased and may require cleaning.  All preload recommendations are based on CoreXY printers or CNC/Mill type machines. Most 3D printers, especially Ender conversions, should choose Z0 preload for all axis. Please note that higher preloads, even Z1, will feel stiff and may require some weeks use before breaking in.  Anything with a $0 price tag is on the way. Preorders opening soon. Emergency or custom orders can be completed and shipped within 5 working days.
