Deviant Moon Tarot Deck by Patrick Valenza

Step into a world of gothic enchantment with the Deviant Moon Tarot Deck by the talented artist Patrick Valenza. This extraordinary deck features uniquely alternative interpretations of traditional tarot cards, inspired by the haunting symbolism of childhood dreams. Each card is a masterpiece, showcasing stylized moon-faced characters meticulously crafted from manipulated photographs of 18th-century tombstones. These characters come to life against evocative backgrounds, which include surreal scenes of distant smoke stacks, eerie insane asylums, and abandoned buildings. Valenza's accompanying booklet provides insightful card descriptions and interpretations, covering both upright and reversed positions. The symmetric card backs, adorned with different phases of the moon, allow for reversed readings, adding depth to your tarot practice. Additionally, the booklet introduces the exclusive Lunatic Spread—a unique ten-card spread that mimics the shape of the full moon and draws its energy from its circular pattern. The Deviant Moon Tarot has garnered a dedicated following and was voted the Top Tarot Deck of All Time by Aeclectic Tarot readers. Embrace the dark allure and mystical charm of this iconic deck, and let it guide you on your tarot journey.
