Developing Ministry Leaders

The Student Workbook for Dr. Darrell Ellis's "Developing Ministry Leaders" study guides Church and Parachurch Ministry leaders through a course on raising up new leaders within their organizations. The scriptures teach servant leadership with respect for God's order of authority. Developing Ministry Leaders helps church leaders establish godly order in the church and in their lives accordingly. Scriptural order brings forth the Lord's endorsement, resulting in a greater anointing and blessing on the House of God. In order for the Church to be the last day's army the Lord intended it to be, we must develop servant leaders and order our churches according to this biblical pattern. If you're looking for a practical training manual that will help you: Develop ministry leaders, deacons and elders in the local church, develop leaders in your parachurch ministry, set your ministry or church in biblical order, develop your personal character as a leader, learn how to develop and maintain team unity within your church or ministry, and develop the heart of a servant leader who knows proper ministry protocol--this training guide is for you. It will help you develop integrity, respect, tactfulness and other godly qualities that will make for joyful ministry relationships and effective church structure that will please the Lord.
