Deutz engines diagnostics cable

Jaltest Deutz Engines Diagnostics Cable (JDC504A) The JDC504A is the genuine Cojali Jaltest diagnostic cable for Deutz engines — one of the most widely used diesel engine brands in agricultural and off-highway equipment worldwide. Deutz engines power equipment from Deutz-Fahr tractors, Terex and Liebherr construction machinery, Manitou telehandlers, generators, and dozens of other OEM applications. If you service equipment with Deutz engines and run Jaltest AGV or OHW software, this is the required cable to connect your Jaltest Link to the Deutz engine ECU. It is included in both the Jaltest AGV USA Cable Kit and the Jaltest OHW USA Cable Kit — a signal that it is considered essential equipment for shops covering these segments. What This Cable Does The JDC504A connects the Jaltest Link interface to Deutz engines, enabling full ECU-level diagnostics via Jaltest software. According to manufacturer data, it covers Deutz engines from 2003 onwards and supports all major diagnostic functions. Compatible Engines: Deutz diesel engines, 2003 and newer Coverage: Agricultural equipment, off-highway/construction equipment, and stationary engine applications with Deutz engines Diagnostic Functions: Read and clear fault codes, live data monitoring, actuator testing, and all other Jaltest-supported functions for Deutz ECUs Compatible Software: Jaltest AGV and Jaltest OHW platforms Included In: Jaltest AGV USA Cable Kit (70002013, $795) and Jaltest OHW USA Cable Kit (70002031, $795) Genuine Cojali Part: OEM manufactured — not an aftermarket cable Part Number: JDC504A MSRP: $180.00 (2025 Cojali USA Pricelist) Deutz Engine Coverage Across Multiple Equipment Categories Deutz is unusual in that the same engine family shows up across agricultural, construction, and material handling equipment — meaning this cable is relevant to shops running Jaltest AGV, OHW, or MHE kits. The Jaltest OHW kit (part number 29211, $4,500 MSRP) covers all ECUs on off-highway equipment including engines, transmissions, aftertreatment, hydraulics, and body computers. Deutz-powered equipment from brands like Deutz-Fahr, AGCO, Fendt, and others falls under this coverage. The JDC504A is the physical connection that makes Jaltest communication with the Deutz ECU possible. Who Needs This Cable Agricultural equipment shops servicing Deutz-Fahr tractors or AGCO equipment with Deutz engines, construction equipment shops working on Deutz-powered machinery, and mixed-fleet operations with a range of Deutz-powered assets. Because the JDC504A appears in both the AGV and OHW cable kits, it is one of the most broadly useful individual Jaltest cables available. Why Buy From OEM Diagnostic Tools?
