DESTROYER BG52 10” Table Saw General Purpose Blade

Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade   The Advantages of Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade  Like every other Leitz-made cutting tools, the Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade is manufactured by Leitz with the highest industrial standards.   Materials and Processing of Blade Plates The plate (body) of the Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade is laser cut from the 75cr1 Alloy Steel. Then the plate will go through a Thermal/Mechanical Flattening Process for stress relief and flattening. Finally, the plate will be surface ground for the ideal accuracy. These complex processes ensure the blade plate to be super flat and stable during its life time.   Saw Blade Tips The Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade tips are made of the HB03F Industrial Tungsten Carbide with 97% WC and 3% Cobalt. Its particle grain is Submicron Grade (0.2 – 0.4 micron) for great sharpness of the tip. The compressive strength of HB03F is 6800N/mm², which makes the saw blades strong enough to withstand the toughest cutting impact. Finally, the hardness of the HB03F Tungsten Carbide is as high as HV30 2025, this is extremely important for wearing resistance of cutting edges.   Due to the extraordinary quality of the blade tips, The Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade can be resharpened up to 20 times, which further reduces the cost of usage.   Accuracies The runout of the Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade is within 0.1mm (0.0039”). The runout of adjacent teeth is controlled within 0.03mm (0.001”). Obviously, the accuracy of this level will guarantee the perfect blade running stability and cutting accuracy.   Optimized Blade Stress for Great Performance Each blade is checked and controlled with an optimum stress that maximizes the stability of the blade on table saws. This optimum stress also ensures improved durability of the blade for a longer lasting lifetime.   Noise Reduction Gullets for Quiet Sawing With a particularly user-friendly and future-oriented sawing technology, the Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade is specially designed with noise reduction gullets. By restricting the teeth vibration, these noise reduction gullets can make your sawing process much quieter than conventional blades.   Thermal Expansion Gullets for Clean Sawing The Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade is designed with Thermal Expansion Gullets. While a blade is spinning at high speed, lots of heat is generated that may result in the deformation of the blade and burning of the workpiece being cut. The Thermal Expansion Gullets allow for enough space of blade expansion. This will make your cutting process much safer and prevent the burning problem.     The BG52 Blade is designed to meet versatile cutting needs. Its Hook Angle, Top Clearance Angle and Top Bevel Angle are all designed to be 15°, which can easily handle both crosscutting and ripping with smooth finish and high efficiency.   Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade The Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade is an excellent choice for every woodworker. It’s so versatile that you can achieve a smooth and stable cutting performance in crosscutting or ripping on any kinds of hard or soft stocks. With this versatile blade, you don’t need to switch to multiple blades between different projects, which will greatly improve your work efficiency.     All the DESTROYER blade teeth are precision ground to ensure the accuracy of these essential angles.   We really hope the new DESTROYER Table Saw Blades will fulfill our aspiration and provide you with an extraordinary and true industrial level cutting experience!
