This set includes three naturally infused dessert salts: Espresso Salt – Adds depth to chocolates and desserts, and is also fantastic in rubs for steak or pork. Vanilla Salt – Made with genuine Tahitian vanilla beans blended with delicate sea salt. This salt enhances the sweetness of desserts like cookies, chocolates, and fruit. Fleur de Sel – The finest French sea salt, perfect for baking. Sprinkle on butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, or use to make salted caramel for cakes and fillings.
