Studies show that greenery in workspaces helps reduce stress and increase focus, while tactile activities like raking sand or misting plants encourage relaxation and presence. Cultivate calm in your routine with the Desktop Zen Garden Kit today! Planting & Care Planting: Remove your plant from its packaging and place it in a spot that receives 4-5 hours of indirect sunlight a day. Check the soil and make sure it is well-hydrated. If it feels dry, place your plant in a shallow dish of water for 10-15 minutes to let it soak. Watering: Water your plant once per week by taking the ceramic planter off the tray and pouring a small scoop of water onto your plant.
