What began with Mark and his wife, Evonne, repackaging original taco and enchilada sauce mixes for local gift shops and craft fairs quickly developed into a thriving specialty food company with nationwide distribution. Built on a passion for authentic Southwestern flavors, convenient home cooking, and quality ingredients, Desert Gardens became the flagship brand behind Comfort Foods’ success. Today, Desert Gardens by Comfort Foods continues its tradition of bringing bold Southwestern and Mexican-inspired flavors to home kitchens.
