Desert Bloom Honey — Raw, Single Source California Desert Honey - 12oz

Harvested from the sun-soaked desert of California’s Imperial Valley, Desert Bloom is a remarkable honey shaped by extreme heat, sparse rainfall, and resilient flowering plants. In this harsh landscape, the bees forage on desert mesquite, palo verde, and alfalfa —creating a honey that’s unexpectedly dark, velvety, and deeply layered. With notes of smoke, black tea, vanilla, and warm caramel, Desert Bloom behaves more like a fine spirit than a sweetener. Smooth and lingering, it’s raw, unfiltered, and profoundly expressive of the desert itself—a place where every drop of nectar is earned, and every jar carries the richness of survival. Our honey is 100% raw, never blended and never filtered. Small flecks of wax, pollen, or propolis may appear naturally, reflecting its minimal processing and authentic character.  Because it comes straight from the bloom and season it was gathered, natural variations in color and texture are to be expected—and celebrated.
