Derek Wolf | The Cowboy Collection

We created the Derek Wolf Cowboy Collection so you can have the best of both worlds: a universal all–things-everything savory butter blend and the sweet heat kick you need in your life.  Cowboy Butter - It took over a year to perfect the formula for this beloved flavor from over-the-fire cooking expert Derek Wolf x Spiceology. Rich butter, garlic, herbs, mustard, smoked paprika, vinegar and just a hint of cayenne create this beautifully balanced, granular goodness you gotta have. Keep this versatile all-natural spice blend next to the BBQ or on that pro pantry shelf to add smoky, rich, zesty and a tiny bit spicy flavor to whatever you’re grilling. And yes, it’s good for more than just grilling. Cowboy Candy - The beloved BBQ condiment hailing from Texas gets the Derek Wolf treatment in this sweet and spicy blend. Jalapeno, brown sugar, vinegar, spices - all the ingredients and flavors of traditional Cowboy Candy (aka candied jalapenos) are there - minus the mess of pickling. Add a kick of fresh ground paprika, onion, garlic, mustard, and more and you have a balanced and craveable sweet heat with some zing. Plus, the molasses and caramelized sugar granules create a killer crust on the grill.
