Derek Wolf | Complete Cowboy Collection

We created the Derek Wolf Complete Cowboy Collection so you can have it all: a smoky campfire foundation, a savory butter blend that does everything, and the sweet heat kick your life is missing. Cowboy Butter — It took over a year to perfect this one. Rich butter, garlic, herbs, mustard, smoked paprika, vinegar and just a hint of cayenne — beautifully balanced, granular goodness you're going to reach for constantly. Keep it next to the grill, on the pantry shelf, anywhere within arm's reach. And yes, it's good for way more than just grilling. Cowboy Candy — The beloved Texas BBQ condiment gets the Derek Wolf treatment. All the flavor of traditional candied jalapeños — jalapeno, brown sugar, vinegar, spices — minus the mess of pickling. Add fresh ground paprika, onion, garlic, mustard and more, and you've got a sweet heat with serious zing. The molasses and caramelized sugar granules? They build a killer crust on the grill. NEW! Cowboy Campfire — SPG is the holy trinity of grilling. Derek Wolf took the classic and added real hickory smoked salt for deep, authentic smoky flavor in every shake. Use it straight as your go-to foundational rub, or make it your launching pad — brown sugar for candy bark, coffee for competition brisket, citrus to wake it up for fish. This is SPG, elevated.
