For best results rub into your skin with clean fingers or rub your arms back and forth like fast walking. Note: Natural deodorants work as well or better than commercial brands, but if you are new to natural products it can take 2-3 weeks for your skin to detox from the commercial chemicals before you get the full effects from this product.
