Denali 14×24

A Beautifully Designed Building for Swim Spas, Hot Tubs, and Outdoor Living The Denali 14×24 is a beautifully designed multi-functional enclosed building that brings the modern aesthetic of the Denali collection to a much larger footprint. At approximately 14 feet wide and 24 feet long, this structure comfortably houses a full-size swim spa or hot tub alongside a furnished lounge area with seating, a flat-screen TV, and a bar setup. One customer described it perfectly: their spa now has its own home, plus lots of space left over to use as a lounge — and they are already planning to add a flat screen and a bar. The oversized windows that define the Denali collection fill this generous interior with natural light and provide panoramic views from every angle. When every window is closed for winter, the Denali 14×24 becomes a fully enclosed, wind-protected room. When the windows are open in summer, it feels like an open-air pavilion with a roof overhead. Two-Tier Duraflex Roof with Reinforced Truss Supports The Denali 14×24 steps up from the single-tier roof of the 10×10 to a two-tier Duraflex PC roof system with reinforced truss supports. This engineering upgrade is essential for a building of this size: the larger roof span requires structural reinforcement to safely handle snow loads, ice accumulation, and sustained high winds. The two-tier design also raises the interior ceiling height, creating a more open and spacious atmosphere that matches the generous floor plan.  Ultrawood: Quality That Impresses in Person The Denali 14×24 is built from Ultrawood, the same maintenance-free composite material used across the entire Westview catalog. Customers consistently report that the quality exceeds their expectations when they see it in person. One buyer noted that the Westview product was about ten times better than the enclosures at their local hot tub store. Another described it as very well made and a great addition to the property. The real- wood look of Ultrawood combined with zero-maintenance durability is the combination that wins buyers over — especially at this size, where the ongoing cost of maintaining a wood-framed structure would be substantial. Dual Entrances for Flexible Traffic Flow Two separate entrances — a primary set of heavy-duty aluminum swing French doors on one end, and a secondary sliding door entrance on the opposite side — provide flexible access from different directions. The standard layout places the swing doors on the approximate 14-foot front and the sliding door on the back, but all door positions can be customized during assembly. This dual-entrance design is ideal for swim spa owners who want one access point near the wet area and another near the dry lounge space. Sliding lockable windows with optional tempered glass upgrades wrap the perimeter. Screen kits are available for bug-free ventilation during warm months. Assembly, Foundation, and Getting Started The Denali 14×24 ships as a pre-assembled panel kit. One customer reported that their helpful salesperson recommended the perfect size for their needs, and the installation instructions were easy to follow. Assembly typically takes two to three people one full day to one and a half days. A reinforced concrete pad or engineered deck is the recommended foundation for swim spa or hot tub use. Westview’s engineering stamp document provides the resources for building permits and HOA approvals. If you need a wider interior or plan to use the building for larger gatherings, consider stepping up to the Denali 16×24. For a compact modern spa enclosure, the Denali 10×10 delivers the same design language in a smaller footprint. Call 1-800-895-1972 to discuss sizing.
