Demon Can-Am Maverick Front Left Performance Axle (2013-2018)

Can-Am Maverick owners run out of axle strength before they run out of nerve. This Demon performance axle is a direct-fit replacement for the front left position on the listed 2013-2018 Maverick applications, built to hold up where the stock part gives in. Rugged axles are packed with high quality moly grease for maximum lubrication and sealed with heavy duty neoprene boots and stainless steel clamps. Every Rugged axle is backed with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. They are available across a wide range of ATV and UTV fitments, and they are the best price-point replacement going — the part that keeps you on the trail instead of on the trailer. FAQIs this one axle or a pair? One axle, sold each. Order quantity two if you are replacing both sides. Why do stock axles break?Axles fail where the shaft and CV joint run out of articulation and plunge travel under load. Demon uses larger CV joints and shafts and a dual heat treated chromoly shaft to raise that limit. What are TPEE boots?Thermoplastic polyester elastomer. Demon uses them because they are stiffer and more fatigue, puncture and temperature resistant than a standard OEM boot — boots are where many axle failures start. How does this compare to the Heavy Duty version?Demon's Rugged line is their OE replacement tier. The Heavy Duty line steps up to a dual heat treated chromoly shaft with a 4340 chromoly inner CV cage. Does this fit my machine?Check the fitment section above against your year, model and trim. Demon lists this part only for the applications shown, and fitment is not guaranteed outside them. What warranty does Demon offer?See the specifications above for the warranty Demon lists on this part. Why DemonDemon Powersports developed this line through years of research and development, aiming at parts that outlast the stock component without a race-parts price. Their products go through testing before launch, and the heavy duty and X-Treme tiers are what they put behind their own racers. Complete Your Can-Am Maverick BuildConfirm your year, model and trim against the fitment above before ordering, and check the position line — some Demon parts are sold each and some as a set. If you are replacing a worn part, look at what wears alongside it: on a driveline that means the carrier bearing and u-joints, on the front end it means ball joints and tie rods. Replacing one worn component next to another about to fail is how people end up doing the job twice. Installation VideoDemon Powersports' official axle installation walkthrough:
