Delta Green: Dead Drops

OPERATIONS AND REVELATIONS. Terrors accrete to helpless Agents in five Delta Green scenarios. “Meridian” witnesses the induction of new Agents into a world of unsuspected terrors, lifeless and deathless. Homeless, desperate youths gather at a secret church under an inexplicable light in the Missouri sky. Their salvation may show the Agents new meaning in madness. “A Victim of the Art” sees horrific murders in a quiet Long Island town, where unseen powers give awful consequence to evils unspoken and barely conceived. In “From the Dust,” infants have vanished in Brooklyn. Strange events echo by night at a construction site. The Agents must sift superstition and rumor from a horror that lingers across decades, across centuries. In “Presence,” a young woman vanishes from Alabama and appears in the same instant in Vermont. A door of discovery opens to secrets deeper than the most appalling proliferations of life. “Jack Frost” looks back to the bitter Alabama winter of 1998, when a cold snap and extraordinary floods wiped out a tiny town. Conspiracy theories still claim that military forces held the town in quarantine, and that there was nothing natural about the death of Willis, Alabama. Your players can see for themselves. Operation Weatherwatcher brings them together as a sprawling team of expert researchers from the blackest reaches of government: the infamous Majestic project, at its staggering height as the twentieth century stumbled and died. “Dead Drops” is played with “Delta Green: The Role-Playing Game” or the free quickstart rules in “Delta Green: Need to Know.” The massive scenario “Jack Frost” makes a perfect companion to the acclaimed 1990s setting book “Delta Green: The Conspiracy.”
