Delray - House Plan

The Delray is a stunning warm climate 4 bedroom ranch house plan that is perfect for enjoying indoor-outdoor living.  A front facing 2 car garage makes this plan work on a narrow lot.  A small mud room off of the back of the garage connects to the foyer and includes a drop station and built-in cubbies for storage. Three roomy secondary bedrooms each feature tons of natural light through beautiful transom windows, and ample closet space. The luxurious primary bed suite features an en-suite bathroom, roomy walk-in closet and direct connection to the laundry room.  The main open-concept living area features a huge living room with separate sun room, dedicated dining space and a sunlit kitchen with ample island and pantry space.  The rear of the house features two covered outdoor areas with Bahama shutters to and ceiling fans to keep cool. A great spot for a pool!
