About- Enjoy the sweet orange-yellow flesh and edible green skin of Delicata Squash. This heirloom variety fruit weighs 1 lb. to 2 lb. and stores into winter. Harvest ripe fruit before frost for a mild, sweet flavor compared to sweet potatoes. Enjoy fresh or cooked. Typically produces vines between 3 and 5 feet long.
