Olev Taremae The Delaware Lackawanna Railroad's Alco power has ruled Northeast Pennsylvania for over 30 years. Using the best work from 13 photographers, this book chronicles the variety of Alco power powering trains since the Delaware-Lackawanna became the contracted operator in 1993. It comprehensively covers the DL's operations from its days as the emergency operator of the former Pocono Northeast Railroad lines. The most scenic locations on all of the lines - including the Pocono Main, Carbondale Main, Laurel Line, Strawberry Hill Running Track, and Vine Industrial Track - are illustrated.
