Del Toro House Plan

The Del Toro home plan celebrates the outdoors, with a floor plan that provides smart transitions between public and private realms while keeping the wide-open views in mind. The covered entry of the Del Toro plan features repeating arches that are mimicked in the bayed windows of the dining room and guest suite - even in the chimney turret. A two-story foyer opens to the living room with zero-corner pocketing glass doors, calling attention to the views beyond the pool. A fireplace with an ornate stone mantle provides warmth on chilly evenings. Just steps away are the dining room, butler's pantry and powder bath. Both the leisure room and the pool arena take into account the lifestyle of the modern family. The leisure room boasts built-ins for media components, books and art, pocketing glass walls for easy transitions outside, and a courtyard with fireplace and outdoor kitchen. A serving bar is all that separates this family space from the festive kitchen. The kitchen, leisure room, and breakfast nook of the Del Toro plan all work together to provide the open concept feel that is so desirable in today's homes. The kitchen has a large center island for additional counter space. The butler's pantry and walk in pantry allows for plenty of private space when entertaining. The entire right wing of the Del Toro plan contains the master suite. The master bedroom has a beautiful step ceiling. There is a separate sitting room that is perfect for relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea. There are two separate areas of the master bath, one for him and one for her. Everything is separated, including walk in closets and individual walk in showers. The lady's bath includes a luxurious oval soaking tub and bidet. Upstairs is a bonus room with full bath that would be a great space for a media/theater room, or game room. This lovely Del Toro floor plan offers 5199 square feet of living area, and has three bedrooms and four and 1/2 bathrooms. It also is designed with a slab/stem wall foundation.
