Why Choose the Defiant Strength DS-1021 Pendulum Squat Machine? Pendulum Squat Movement – Supports a controlled squat path for lower-body strength training Counterbalanced Design – Offers lower starting resistance compared to conventional models Large Non-Skid Footplate – Helps users maintain secure foot positioning Variable Resistance Mechanism – Provides a challenging strength curve throughout the movement Front-Pivoting Handgrip – Makes it easier to rack and un-rack the machine Integrated Weight Storage – Includes four storage pegs for organized plate storage Features & Benefits Pendulum Squat Training Design The DS-1021 is built to support lower-body strength development through a guided pendulum squat movement. This design helps users train the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and lower-body power with more control than traditional free-weight squat setups. Large Non-Skid Footplate The large non-skid footplate provides a secure platform for different foot positions. This helps users adjust their stance based on comfort, body size, and training goals. Counterbalanced Movement The counterbalanced design helps reduce the starting resistance compared to conventional models. This makes the machine more accessible for a wider range of users while still allowing progressive plate loading. Variable Resistance Mechanism The variable resistance design helps create a strong training curve throughout the squat movement. This supports consistent resistance and a challenging lower-body workout. Front-Pivoting Handgrip The front-pivoting handgrip allows users to rack and un-rack the machine more easily. This helps improve setup, control, and training flow between sets. Smooth Pivoting Design The pivoting movement is designed for smooth operation and long-term reliability. This supports repeated use in commercial gyms, school weight rooms, and athletic training facilities. Integrated Weight Storage The machine includes four storage pegs for convenient plate storage. This helps keep training plates organized and close to the machine during workouts. Commercial Strength Construction With a strong plate-loaded design and facility-ready build, the DS-1021 is made for demanding lower-body training areas and repeated daily use.
