Lat Pulldown Function The lat pulldown station supports training for the lats, upper back, shoulders, and arms. The lat pulldown operates on a 1:1 ratio, giving users direct resistance from the selected stack weight. Seated Row Function The seated row station is positioned below the lat seat and includes the pulley system, row cable, and adjustable footrest. The seated row operates on a 2:1 ratio, creating smoother pulling control for row movements. Adjustable Knee Catch The adjustable knee catch includes two foam rollers to help hold users securely in place during lat pulldown exercises. This improves stability and helps users maintain proper positioning. Adjustable Footrest The seated row footrest is adjustable and includes a painted tread plate, center UHMW plastic protector, and stainless steel slide tube. This helps users find a stable foot position during rowing movements. Top-Formed Pulley Boom The top-formed pulley boom supports the cable path for smooth and controlled lat pulldown movement. Durable Cable and Pulley System The DS-925 includes 4.5" pulleys with bearings and 3/16" coated cables for smooth operation during repeated commercial use. Heavy-Duty Frame Construction The frame is built with 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel tubing and reinforced sheet steel ranging from 1/4" to 3/8" thickness.
