Beautiful exotic walnut with abalone & ivoroid trim, The G.D.L. (Greg Deering Limited) banjo carries Greg's namesake because he really enjoys the understated elegance of this model. Combining the beauty of the tone of walnut with the aesthetic elegance of the hand set abalone trim along the edges of the fingerboard and resonator sides, this banjo is more affordable while featuring the artistry and sparkle that is as beautiful as its tone. California grown English Walnut gives you the blend of crisp clear tone with a beautiful touch of sweetness. The precise hand work that goes into Deering's upper line banjos is something rarely found in today's fast paced world. It's an investment you'll be glad you made every time you play it. English Walnut provides a very bright, yet sweet sounding powerful professional banjo that has instant response and clear bell tone.
