Deer Park - House Plan

The Deer Park is a great modern farmhouse ranch plan that makes great use of the front yard.  A wrap around porch off of the living room is the perfect setting for entertaining guests. The primary bed suite features elevated sloped ceilings culminating in a grand clear story with natural lighting. With primary 10ft ceilings throughout, the open concept living area features a huge living room, study nook, and optional elevated 10'-6" tray ceilings.  A fireplace insert elevates the living room space and provides an open study nook behind. The grand kitchen is bathed in natural light through a set of massive casement windows overlooking the rear yard.  On the right side of the floor plan, two additional bedrooms share a Jack & Jill privacy bathroom.
