Deep Supported Stretch Flows with the Minimax (printed book)

Discouraged that you stretch but nothing changes?   Discover the benefits of holding stretches longer to lengthen tight muscles, open joints and calm the mind.    The unique shape of the Minimax streamlines yoga props (blocks, bolsters and blankets) into one easy to move and position stretching tool.  Supported stretching allows the body to relax and as the stretch is held to comfortably increase the depth of the stretch to obtain more flexibility. This book is focused on opening the hips and back.   Each individual stretch is clearly depicted with pictures and text.  The stretches are grouped into flows. For example, targeting your spine for improved flexibility of back bending, rounding forward or rotation.  This book is a wonderful addition to the purchase of a Minimax, especially if increased flexibility is desired.  Stretch today to increase mobility tomorrow!
